In the manner of Godard's Histoire(s) du Cinema, which used the film medium to tell a different story of the 20th century, I want to create a history of humanity from the perspective of the color.

To reveal what color has seen of us by depositing itself over the ages on human motifs through the power of the pictorial medium alone.

I want to paint the sun until it burns my eyes.

"The sun is God."

J.M.W. Turner

“One must believe Claude Lorrain: the foregrounds of a painting are always repugnant, and art demands that the interest of the work be placed in the distance, in the unattainable, where falsehood takes refuge—this dream caught in the act, and the only love of mankind.”

L-F. Céline
